We Are Proud Community Leaders

After leaving the Lawrence County Prosecutor’s Office with a 98% conviction rate, Angelo Papa became a candidate for the ninth legislative district in Lawrence County,
Pennsylvania, State House of Representatives to help his community. The former member of the 1967 New Castle High School state champion football team, member of
Slippery Rock University state championship teams, high school teacher, assistant high
school principal, and school Board President was eventually bested by 46 votes.
Anyone who knows Angelo Papa knows that he puts everything into whatever he is doing at the time. Before recuperating from the strenuous campaign, he immediately
turned all of his attention back to his practice and his community at the same time. New Castle was home to some of the wealthiest people in America at the turn-of-the century, and he chose a mansion located on a hillside at 318 Highland Ave. to restore and restart his practice of law. In effect he was saving a mansion for the community and
revitalizing his practice of law, at the same time. From the creative thinking of his wife, Dianne, he chose the name “Signature Hill”.
